These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stellar Party Co. website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
Stellar Party Co. provides event rental services, including marquee letters, backdrops, and other event-related items. Specific terms for each rental are outlined in the booking agreement.

2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Use our rental items responsibly and return them in the same condition.

3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
All bookings are non-refundable
Cancellations within two weeks of the event date will receive a credit for 100% of the booking amount (minus fees and taxes) to use for future bookings.
No credit will be offered for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the original scheduled event date.

4. Liability
Stellar Party Co. is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by the misuse of rental items.
Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of rented items and will be charged for any damages or losses.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by Stellar Party Co. and may not be used without our permission.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our website for any user who violates these Terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas
