How far in advance should I book my event rentals?

We recommend booking your event rentals at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for large or popular events. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon!

Can I add my own decor to the backdrops?

Yes, you're welcome to add your own decor, as long as it is attached to the back of the backdrop and can be removed without causing any damage. Each backdrop is equipped with hooks for easy attachment. Please ensure all decor is removed before the items are picked up.

Do you have a bad weather policy?

We do not set up in rain, thunderstorms, or high winds (sustained winds of 15 mph or gusts of 25+ mph). We recommend having an indoor backup plan for outdoor events. Please note that there are no refunds if we are unable to set up due to weather conditions.
